Listings shown on the Website are published or updated by primesqur and/or by authorised users or administrators. A listing appearing on the Website is not an offer to sell or let, or a guarantee that the property is, or will remain, available. Listings may be added, changed, withdrawn or marked as sold or let at any time, and we do not promise that any listing is continuously available.

The Indian cities and markets shown on the Website are areas in which properties can be searched. They do not mean that primesqur has an office or operations in each of them.

Property information displayed on the Website may be provided or updated by primesqur and/or by authorised users or administrators, and should be independently verified before you rely on it. In particular, the following may change and may not always be current:

• prices and any applicable charges;
• availability;
• specifications and areas;
• images, floor plans and other visuals, which may be illustrative;
• descriptions;
• location details, including distances shown by the Near Me feature, which are approximate; and
• amenities and facilities.

This does not mean the information on the Website is unreliable; it means it is a starting point for your own checks.
