This Privacy Policy explains how primesqur (“primesqur”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use this website. primesqur’s registered office and contact details are set out in Section 14.

The website lets visitors browse published real estate listings, search for properties across India, and send enquiries, viewing requests and general contact messages. This policy applies to information handled through this website only. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.

We handle the following kinds of information:

• Information you choose to submit through our forms, described in Section 3.
• Search information. The search terms and filters you enter (for example a city, locality, pincode, price range or property type) are sent to the website so it can show matching properties. The website does not itself save your searches to its database. However, the page addresses you request, which include your search terms and filters, may be recorded in the ordinary technical logs of the services that host the website.
• Technical information. As with any website, information that accompanies a web request, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the date and time, is processed by the hosting and delivery infrastructure that serves the website.
• Approximate location, only if you choose Near Me. See Section 4.

Cookies. The website does not currently set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies for visitors, and it does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tools. A sign-in session cookie is used only to keep authorised administrators signed in to the website’s administration area. If this changes, we will update this policy.

You can voluntarily send us information through three forms. The information is collected only when you submit the form.

• Property enquiry: your name, email address, optional phone number and message, together with the property you are enquiring about.
• Viewing request: your name, email address, optional phone number, the property, your preferred viewing date and time, and an optional message.
• Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, an optional subject and your message.

Submissions are saved in the website’s database and can be viewed by authorised primesqur administrators. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, government identity numbers or health information) in your messages; we do not need it to respond to an enquiry.

The website has an optional Near Me feature that finds listings close to you. It works like this:

• Your browser is asked for your location only after you choose Near Me. The website does not ask for or use your location otherwise, and it does not track your location continuously.
• Your browser will ask for your permission first. If you decline, you can still search by city, locality, address or pincode.
• If you allow it, the website receives your position rounded to about 100 metres and adds it to the address of the results page so that nearby properties can be found and shown with an approximate distance.
• The rounded position is used only to run that search. The website does not save it to its database and does not link it to any enquiry, viewing request or contact submission.

Because the rounded position forms part of the results page address, it may appear in your browser history, travel with the link if you share it, and be recorded in the ordinary technical logs of the hosting services (see Section 2). You can withdraw location permission at any time in your browser or device settings.

We use the information described above to:

• respond to, follow up on and keep records of your enquiries, viewing requests and messages;
• show you property listings, search results and, if you use Near Me, nearby listings;
• operate, maintain and secure the website, including protecting forms against spam and misuse;
• comply with applicable legal obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
• enforce our Terms & Conditions.

The website is built on third-party services. Supabase provides the database and backend services in which form submissions and property data are stored and through which administrator sign-in is handled, and Vercel hosts and delivers the website. These providers process information on primesqur’s behalf to the extent needed to provide their services, and they have their own terms and privacy policies.

Depending on where these providers operate their infrastructure, information may be processed or stored outside India.

primesqur does not sell your personal information. Your information may be accessed by or shared with:

• authorised primesqur personnel who manage the website and respond to enquiries;
• the service providers described in Section 6, for the purpose of running the website;
• where you enquire about a listing managed by another party, that party, where needed to respond to your enquiry; and
• courts, regulators or other authorities where we are required to do so by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or property.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information handled through the website. For example, form submissions are validated on the server, forms include basic anti-spam checks, the website is delivered over HTTPS, and submitted enquiries are stored so that they cannot be read by the public and can be read only by authenticated administrators.

No website or method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have a security concern, please contact us using the details in Section 14.

primesqur may retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to manage enquiries and requests, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with applicable legal obligations, and protect its legitimate interests.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances of the processing, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including requesting access, correction, deletion or other appropriate action. You may contact primesqur using the details below to make a privacy-related request.

To make a request, email primesqur@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”, and tell us what you would like us to do and which details you used when you contacted us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information that we are required or permitted by law to keep.

The website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the website, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

The website may contain links to or content from other websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read the privacy policy of any external website you visit.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the website’s features or the services it relies on change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
